Why sign up an organization?
Registered organizations can advertise pro bono events and projects they are running on CorporateProBono.Org.
When will my organization be activated?
All organization records must be approved by a CPBO administrator before the record is activated. This normally takes two business days. Once the record is activated, the organization contact will be sent an introductory email and the organization record will show up on the site.
What is a Pro Bono Provider?
Pro Bono Providers are organizations that screen pro bono matters and place them with volunteer attorneys, oftentimes providing training and other support. Individuals and organizations seeking legal assistance for themselves are not Pro Bono Providers. If you are looking for lawyers to volunteer on pro bono projects you are running, then define your organization as a Pro Bono Provider.

Description / Mission Statement
In this textbox, enter a description of your organization and/or your organization's mission statement. The description may be any length, although please remember that some volunteers might not read an extremely long description. If they are interested by your short description, they can always visit your website or contact you for more information.
Although you do not need to enter a description of your organization to complete this form, it is recommended that you enter one, because searches return providers based on these descriptions. So, for example, if you have used the term "habeas corpus" in your provider description, a user search for "habeas corpus" will return your provider record.
