ABA Wants to Make Pro Bono Easier for In-house Lawyers

In August 2014, the American Bar Association House of Delegates adopted a resolution advocating appellate courts to allow in-house counsel to engage in pro bono services in the state in which they work, regardless of whether or not they are licensed in that jurisdiction.
